摘要: 霉菌毒素的广泛存在对动物及人的健康产生严重的威胁,霉菌毒素降解剂可降解霉菌毒素,减少其对动物和人的危害,目前国内外对霉菌毒素降解进行了深入研究。作者主要对霉菌毒素的危害、霉菌毒素降解剂的分类及其在饲料中的应用进行综述,以期为霉菌毒素研究者提供较新的参考资料。

关键词: 霉菌毒素; 降解剂; 毒性

Abstract: Mycotoxin was widely existed which done a serious threat to animal and human health,and it could be degraded by the mycotoxin degradation agents and reduced its toxicity which done damage to animals and humans,the degradation agents of mycotoxin were deeply studied at the moment.This article summarized from the dangers of mycotoxin,the classification degradation agents of mycotoxin,the degradation of mycotoxin applied in feed and provide relevant informations for the research of the mycotoxin.
