鸡源大肠杆菌AmpC型β-内酰胺酶的分子检测

Prevalence of AmpC-type β-lactamase among 16S rRNA Methylase-producing Escherichia coli Strains Isolated from Diseased Chickens

摘要: 为了解河南地区AmpC型β-内酰胺酶耐药基因在产16S rRNA甲基化酶鸡大肠杆菌的流行与分布,分别设计特异性引物对2005—2008年在河南地区病鸡的病料中分离保存的158株16S rRNA甲基化酶阳性鸡大肠杆菌进行聚合酶链式反应扩增。检测结果显示,在158株产16S rRNA甲基化酶鸡大肠杆菌中,CMY-2和DHA-1检出率分别为34.8%和36.1%。提示AmpC型β-内酰胺酶耐药基因在河南地区产16S rRNA甲基化酶鸡大肠杆菌中普遍存在。 

Abstract: In order to investigate the prevalence of AmpC-type β-lactamase among 16S rRNA methylase-producing Escherichia coli strains isolated from diseased chickens in Henan province,158 16S rRNA methylase-producing E. coli strains isolated from diseased chickens during the years 2005 to 2008 were subjected to PCR for the presence of AmpC-type β-lactamase. The results revealed that of 158 16S rRNA methylase-producing E. coli strains, the positive rates of CMY-2, DHA-1 were 34.8% and 36.1%, respectively, suggesting AmpC-type β-lactmase were prevalent among 16S rRNA methylase-producing E. coli strains isolated from diseased chickens in Henan province.
