摘要: :禽流感已被列为世界卫生组织(WHO)的流感大流行警告5级,中国将其列为一类传染病。该病的暴发不仅对养禽业造成毁灭性的危害,而且严重威胁到人类生命安全。为此快速准确的诊断对禽流感的防控具有重大的意义,文章就禽流感诊断方法的研究进展作一综述。

关键词: 禽流感; 免疫分析; 分子生物学技术

Abstract: The avian influenza has been listed as influenza pandemic alert level 5 by the World Health Organization (WHO); China has been listed as first class of infectious diseases. The outbreak of the disease is not only devastating for the poultry industry hazards, but also a serious threat to human life. This rapid and accurate diagnosis of avian influenza prevention and control is of great significance, this method of diagnosis of avian influenza research briefly reviewed.
