ENO1过表达对籽鹅卵泡颗粒细胞凋亡基因Bcl-2表达的影响

Effects of ENO1 Overexpression with Adenovirus Vector on Bcl-2 in the Granulose Cell of Zi Goose

摘要: 本试验将原代培养的籽鹅卵泡颗粒细胞转染ENO1腺病毒过表达载体,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测ENO1过表达对颗粒细胞Bcl-2 mRNA表达量的影响。结果发现ENO1过表达使卵泡颗粒细胞Bcl-2 mRNA表达量极显著增加(P<0.01)。提示ENO1可能通过使Bcl-2基因表达量增加,从而抑制籽鹅卵泡颗粒细胞凋亡,促进卵泡的发育。

Abstract: The paper was to study the effects of ENO1 overexpression with adenovirus vector on Bcl-2 in the granulose cell of Zi goose. Adenovirus vector with ENO1 were transfected to Zi goose primary cultured granulose cells, and Bcl-2 mRNA of granulose cells were detected by the method of Real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The results showed that ENO1 overexpression made the Bcl-2 mRNA expression in the granulose cells significantly increase (P<0.01). ENO1 overexpression made the primary culture follicle granulose cells in vitro improve Bcl-2 mRNA expression, which suggested that ENO1 might inhibit the apoptpsis of Zi goose granulose cell.
