Research Progress on the QseBC Two-component Regulatory System

摘要: QseBC双组份调控系统是一种广泛存在于革兰氏阴性菌内部的双组份调控系统,在调控细菌毒力方面发挥重要作用。作者综述了QseBC双组份调控系统的组成及其在细菌致病性中的研究进展,重点介绍了该调控系统在大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、放线杆菌、爱德华氏菌和嗜水气单胞菌致病性中的作用。对QseBC双组份调控系统的深入研究,有助于开发以细菌毒力为靶点的新一代抗菌药物,为解决细菌耐药问题提供新思路。

Abstract: The QseBC two-component regulatory system is widespread in the gram-negative bacillus, which plays an important role in the regulation of bacterial virulence. In this article, the composition of the QseBC two-component regulatory system and its role in bacterial pathogenicity, especially in E.coli, S.typhimurium, Actinobacillus, E.tarda and A.hydrophila were summarized. The further study on QseBC may aid to drug design based on the bacterial virulence as the new targets, and provide new ideas for resolving the problem of antimicrobial resistance.
