摘要: 肠道干细胞(intestinal stem cells,ISCs)是位于胃肠道的一类具有持续增殖分化能力的细胞;Wnt信号通路是最早发现于果蝇体内的与胚胎发育和癌症发生相关的蛋白质作用网络,对维持肠内稳态具有多层次的调节作用。作者概述了肠道干细胞的研究进展和Wnt信号通路的主要作用,了解了肠道干细胞参与病理性炎性的过程,进而揭示了发育不良和慢性炎症导致癌症的分子机理。

Abstract: Intestinal stem cells (ISCs), a kind of cells which located in the gastrointestinal tract have ability of continuous proliferation and differentiation. Wnt signaling pathway is an embryonic development and cancer-related protein networks which first discovered in Drosophila, the pathway maintains the intestines in a multi-level regulation of the steady state. This article outlines research progress in the field of intestinal stem cells, the function of Wnt signaling pathway, understand intestinal stem cells involved in the pathological inflammatory process, then reveal dysplasia and the molecular mechanisms of chronic inflammation which leads to cancer.
