华南地区两株副猪嗜血杆菌的生物学特性与致病性研究

Biological Characteristics and Pathogenicity of Two Haemophilus parasuis Strains Collected from South China

摘要: 本试验旨在对来源于广东省的两株副猪嗜血杆菌的生化特性、血清型、耐药性、生长特性以及毒力和免疫原性进行研究。试验结果表明,两株菌分别为血清4型和5型;两株菌均具有较好的生长能力,培养10 h活菌含量都能达到109以上;其LD50分别是1.52×109 CFU和9.3×108 CFU;分离菌株对喹诺酮类和磺胺类抗生素有较强的抵抗力;免疫试验结果表明,两株菌具有较好的免疫原性。以上试验结果表明,这两株菌可以作为疫苗的基础候选菌株。

Abstract: Two strains of Haemophilus parasuiswere studied on the characterization of colony culture, biological characteristics, serotype identification, resistance to drug, antigenicity and pathogenicity. The serological identification proved that one is 4 antigen type, and the other is 5 antigen type. The results showed that the two strains of Haemophilus parasuis multiplied rapidly and could reach 109 CFU in 10 h. Their LD50 are 1.52×109 CFU and 9.3×108 CFU. These two isolated strains had drug resistance to Fluoroquinolone antimicrobials and Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprium (SXT). They all have high immunogenicity. These results indicate that these two strains of Haemophilus parasuiscould be the candidate vaccine strains.
