仔猪睾丸组织c-jun mRNA表达量与其血浆睾酮水平关系研究

Study on the Relationship between c-jun mRNA Expression in Piglet’s Testis and Serum Testosterone

摘要: 对不同时期仔猪血浆睾酮含量和睾丸组织c-jun mRNA表达量进行了检测,以初步推测c-jun mRNA表达与睾酮分泌的关系,为进一步体外研究原癌基因c-jun对睾酮分泌的影响奠定基础。试验选择1、3、5周龄仔猪作为研究对象,利用睾酮ELISA检测试剂盒检测血浆中睾酮含量;采用SYBR GreenⅠ实时荧光定量PCR检测睾丸组织c-jun mRNA的表达。结果表明,仔猪血浆睾酮水平随周龄增加而显著升高,其中3周龄时睾酮含量最高;c-jun在各周龄睾丸组织中均有表达,其中3周龄仔猪睾丸组织c-jun mRNA表达量最高。因此,仔猪睾酮分泌与c-jun mRNA表达量可能存在相关性。

Abstract: This study was established to explore the relationship between the expression of c-jun mRNA and testosterone secretion by comparing the c-jun mRNA expression in piglet’s testis at different periods and its serum testosterone. 1,3 and 5 weeks old pigs were selected. The concentrations of serum testosterone were detected by Testosterone ELISA Kit and the c-jun mRNA expressions were measured by using real-time PCR with SYBR GreenⅠ. As a result, the level of testosterone was gone up with the age and reached the highest point at 3 weeks old,c-jun expressed in each group, but the three weeks group had the highest expression. Therefore, there may be a dependability relationship between c-jun mRNA expression and testosterone secretion.
