糖萜素对固始鸡免疫器官发育及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

The Effects of Saccharicterpenin on the Immune Organic Development and T Lymphocyte Subsets in the Gushi Chicken

摘要: 应用流式细胞仪技术检测固始鸡CD3+、CD4+和CD8+ T淋巴细胞含量来研究添加不同剂量的糖萜素对固始鸡免疫器官及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。结果表明,500、700 mg/kg糖萜素组的免疫器官指数及CD4+/CD8+比值显著(P<0.05)高于其余各组。因此,一定剂量的糖萜素可以促进固始鸡免疫器官发育,提高T淋巴细胞亚群的水平。

Abstract: Using the Flow cytometry to detect CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocyte levels of the Gushi chicken to study the effect of Gushi chicken T lymphocyte subsets of adding different doses Saccharicterpenin. Results were as follows,the 500 and 700 mg/kg Saccharicterpenin groups were significant different from the other groups. This study indicated that certain dose Saccharicterpenin could promote immune organic development in Gushi chicken, and increase the level of T lymphocyte subsets.
