猪源支气管败血波氏杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation,Identification and Drug Sensitivity Test for Bordetella bronchiseptica from Diseased Pigs

摘要: 本试验从河南省多个养猪场采集有明显呼吸道症状的猪肺脏和鼻拭子,进行支气管败血波氏杆菌(Bordetella bronchiseptica,Bb)的分离鉴定,通过病原的分离、培养对分离菌株进行形态观察、培养特性和生化试验鉴定,以及用支气管败血波氏杆菌flaB基因的特异性引物进行PCR鉴定,结果表明,有8株分离菌株扩增出了237 bp的特异性目的条带,结合形态观察及生化试验鉴定,确认成功分离到了8株猪源性支气管败血波氏杆菌;药敏试验结果显示,分离菌株对强力霉素、氯霉素、氟苯哒唑、氧氟沙星、四环素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、奈丁酸和阿米卡星高度敏感。

Abstract: All field isolates of Bordetella bronchiseptica (Bb) in this study were derived from samples of lung or nose swab of pigs with respiratory disease from pig farms in Henan province. These strains were identified base on culture characteristics,biochemical assay and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) targeting the specific flaB gene of Bb. The result showed that 8 strains were isolated. The drug sensitivity test results showed that these Bb strains were highly sensitive to doxycycline,chloramphenicol,Flubendazole,Ofloxacin,tetracycline,kanamycin,gentamicin,Nalidixic acid and amikacin.
