摘要: 共轭亚油酸(conjugated linoleic acid,CLA)是一组具有共轭双键的亚油酸的各种构象和位置异构体的总称;作为生长促进因子,CLA具有营养重分配、降低脂肪含量、抗癌、抗动脉粥样硬化等生物特性。作者介绍了CLA的来源与制备及其在猪营养中的应用。

Abstract: Conjugated linoleic acid is a generic term for a group of polyunsaturated fatty acids that exist as positional and stereoisomers of linoleic acid.It acts as a growth factor to promote a repartitioning of fat to lean,lower blood lipids,and shows anticarcinogenic,and antiatherogenic properties. In the present paper,we present sourece and preparation of CLA ,discuss current knowledge of the role of CLA in animal physiology and health,review advances in its application in pig.
