猪日本乙型脑炎检测技术研究进展

Progress of Detection Technology for the Swine Japanese Encephalitis B

摘要: 猪日本乙型脑炎是由黄病毒科乙型脑炎病毒引起的一种人畜共患的病毒性传染病。人与多种动物均能感染,其中猪是主要的储存宿主和扩散宿主,猪感染该病毒后引发猪的繁殖障碍,使养猪业遭受重大经济损失,因此学者们一直在致力于寻找可以快速检测和诊断日本乙型脑炎的方法,为预防和治疗该病提供基础条件。文章对猪日本乙型脑炎检测技术,包括病毒分离鉴定方法、血清学方法、分子生物学方法等方面的研究进展进行了较为全面的综述。

Abstract: Japanese encephalitis B is a virus disease which can cause encephalitis of humans and domestic animal by Flavivirus Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) infected. All of human and many animals could be infected. The swine is the most important reservoir and sower. The diseases will cause reproductive disturbance of infected swine and the pig farm often suffered severe losses. So, the scientists attempted to find a faster and more accurate method to diagnose and detect JEV. This paper makes a brief summary of methods to detect JEV, such as isolation and identification of JEV, serological methods and methods in molecular biology.
