微卫星标记遗传距离与鸡杂种优势的相关分析

摘要: 试验利用微卫星标记技术测定6个亲本群体及其杂交后代间的遗传距离,并结合鸡主要经济性状的杂种优势率进行了相关性分析。结果表明,亲本间遗传距离与7个性能指标杂种优势率的相关系数绝对值在0.0651~0.9344之间,胸宽、腹脂重、半净膛重、全净膛重、腿肌重与遗传距离呈正相关;初生重、胫长与遗传距离呈负相关,获得了全净膛重等3个可用于预测杂交后代生产性能的指标,提示微卫星标记遗传距离对杂种优势的预测有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: The genomes of six production groups chickens were screened using microsatellites to get the genetic distance of every combination, and analysed the relation among the heterosis of the major economic traits. The results showed that the absolute value of relation coefficient were range between 0.0651 and 0.9344. Brest width,eviscerated yield with giblet, leg muscle yield, etc, were main relation with genetic distance. Born weight and shank length were minus relation with genetic distance, and also obtained that three targets could be used to predict the hybrids offspring’s production level, so the microsatellite markers genetic distance was important for the predict of heterosis.
