毒害艾美耳球虫早熟株与亲本株繁殖力的观察

The Observation on the Reproduction between the Precocious Strain and the Parental Strain of the E.necatrix

摘要: 为选育毒害艾美耳球虫(E.necatri)早熟株,了解其繁殖力,为早熟弱毒活苗的研制奠定基础,本试验运用球虫的单卵囊分离技术得到一株E.necatrix(P0),并对其进行了早熟选育,得到了E.necatrix早熟株P8。P0和P8分别以0.05×104、0.1×104、0.5×104和1×104个/只的剂量接种11日龄雏鸡,接种后第7~13天每天检测粪便中的卵囊产量。结果表明,P0与P8均为接种0.5×104个/只的卵囊产量最大;P8的繁殖力是P0的55%;P8的卵囊高峰期较P0有提前趋势。

Abstract: In order to select the precocious strain of the E.necatrix and understand the reproduction,further develop the anti-chicken coccidiosis precocious attenuation vaccine on the basic characteristics of the precocious strain.One strain was isolated and identified as P0 using the single oocyst isolation technique and selected for precocious strain through 8 generations as P8.The 11-day chickens were challenged with P0 and P8 separately at 0.05×104,0.1×104,0.5×104 and 1.0×104 per-merely,detecting the reproduction 7~13 post-challenge everyday.Both the reproduction of P0 and P8 were highest at 0.5×104 per-merely;the average gross output value of P8 was 55% of P0 ;the oocyst fastigium of P8 was ahead of P0.
