杜仲叶中绿原酸含量检测的研究

Studying on Quantitative Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Eucommia Leaves

摘要: 试验旨在建立以紫外分光光度法测定杜仲叶中绿原酸的方法。通过试验研究各因素对提取率的影响,确定提取最佳条件,并采用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果表明,测定波长为324 nm,标准曲线相关系数为0.9989,加样回收率达到100.646%,样品中平均含量为1.839%。因此,用此法测定杜仲叶中的绿原酸的含量,相对标准偏差较小,测定结果重复性好,精密度较高,所得数据精确。

Abstract: This test was aimed to establish the method of determining chlorogenic acid in Eucommia Leaves by uv spectrophotometry. Main factors influencing the extraction of chlorogenic acid from the Eucommia Leaves were studied by single factor experiments and used uv spectrophotometry determine the chlorogenic acid’quantitative.The results showed that the detective wavelength was set at 324 nm,there was a good linear relationship in the range of 2~20 μg for chlorogenic acid,r=0.9999. The mean recovery rate of chlorogenic acid was 100.646%,and RSD% was 1.445%(n=5).Therefore,this method was quick and accurate with good repeatability and could be used for the quality control of Eucommia leaf.
