Analysis of FecXG as the Candidate Gene for Prolificacy in Duolang Sheep by SSCP

摘要: 采用聚合酶链式反应—单链构象多态性分析技术(polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism, PCR-SSCP)技术研究绵羊高繁殖力候选基因FecXG位点在多浪羊中的单核苷酸多态性。试验结果表明:多浪羊中BMP 15基因的FecXG位点并不存在多态性,推断FecXG位点与多浪羊多胎性状无关。

Abstract: The single nucleotide polymorphism of FecXG in Duolang sheep was studied by polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP). The results showed that FecXG gene was not detected in Duolang sheep, so we infered that FecXG was not one of the major gene that affected the prolificacy in Duolang sheep.
