犬膀胱移行细胞癌的病理分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对门诊接诊的1条10岁雌性金毛猎犬进行了一般检查和B超检查，保守治疗无效，手术切除肿物。用10％福尔马林固定病变组织，制作石蜡切片，进行病理分析，确诊为犬膀胱移行细胞癌,并对此病的病因、发病机理等进行了探讨。

Abstract: The physical diagnosis which contains the general examination and B-Scan were carried out for the feeble 10-year-old female golden retriever. Because of the expectant treatment is ineffectual so we decided to carry out the operation. Then the lump was exsected and fixed by 10％ formalin. The paraffin section was made to observe the change of this abnormal tissue. Eventually, the final diagnosis showed that this old dog suffered from canine bladder transitional cell carcinoma. This thesis discussed the etiological factor, the pathologic mechanism, the diagnostic methods and treatment method of this disease.
