摘要: 精子冷冻是一种简单、经济、高效的生物遗传资源保存方法,目前已经应用到许多领域,并成为治疗人类不育、牲畜繁殖和生物资源多样性保护的重要手段。在精子冷冻保存过程中的适当阶段加入防冻剂,能够有效的避免或减少精子的冷冻损伤和寒害,从而提高冷冻—解冻精子的活力。作者就防冻剂的种类、防冻剂的选择及加入与去除的方式对冷冻—解冻哺乳动物精子活力的影响作一简要综述。

Abstract: Sperm cryopreservation can provide a simple,economical,effective way to preserve biologic genetic resources, and it has become an important means and applied in many domains such as the treatment of human infertility,livestock breeding and biodiversity conservation. Adding cryoprotectant can be effective avoiding or decreasing sperm cryodamage and chilling in the appropriate stage of sperm cryopreservation. The review contained information relating to the effect of cryoprotectant on mammalian sperm vitality in the process of sperm cryopreservation,and the topics discussed include the types of cryoprotectant,cryoprotectant selection and methods of its addition and removal.
