动物园草食动物肠道寄生虫感染情况和治疗效果回顾性分析

The Investigation and Retrospective Therapeutic Efficacy Analysis of Parasite Infection on Herbivore in Zoo

摘要: 应用离心沉淀法和饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法对郑州市动物园22种草食动物共88份粪便样品进行调查。寄生虫总感染率为19.31%,球虫、线虫和鞭虫感染率分别为7.95%、12.50%和2.27%。数据分析显示,寄生虫感染率逐年递减,比2003年降低了39.95%,感染程度也明显减轻。表明该园防控措施具有良好效果,为今后动物园制定有关寄生虫病防治措施提供了参考依据。

Abstract: The investigation of parasite infection was taken in 22 kind of herbivores,and 88 feces samples were collected in Zhengzhou zoo. The centrifugation and saturation sugar solution floatation were used in survey.The result showed that the gross infection rate was 19.13%,and the rate of coccidian infection,nematode infection and whipworm infection were 7.95%,12.50%,2.27%, respectively. The analysis of data showed that the rates of parasites infection were decreased gradually,and degrade rate was 39.95% compared with 2003,and the extent of infection reduced obviously. It also showed that the protection measure in the zoo had a good effect,all above offered reference and basis for the zoo to make correlative measure on the prevention of parasites disease in the future.
