苯并咪唑类兽药残留分析研究进展

Progress on Residue Analysis of Benzimidazole Veterinary Drugs

摘要: 苯并咪唑类化合物作为一类广谱抗蠕虫药,已被列入《中华人民共和国动物及动物源食品中残留物质监控计划》药物之中。笔者总结了近年来的苯并咪唑类兽药相关研究情况,对其在动物源食品中的残留分析技术进行综述,介绍此类药物残留检测的样品分离纯化技术及确证技术的现状及发展趋势。

Abstract: Benzimidazole veterinary drugs have been listed into the Monitoring Plan for Certain Substances and Residues in Live Animals and Products of Animal Origin, Peoples Republic of China (PRC). In this paper, the progress on residue analysis of benzimidazole veterinary drugs in many animal-origin food samples was reviewed. This paper briefly described the physicochemical and residual properties of benzimidazoles, elaborated on the analytical methods of benzimidazoles on sample preparation, purification, and separation and determination techniques.
