摘要: 作者综述了多不饱和脂肪酸对禽类免疫功能的影响研究进展,包括多不饱和脂肪酸对禽类免疫器官、体液免疫、细胞免疫和细胞因子的影响,及多不饱和脂肪酸调节免疫功能的机制。

关键词: 多不饱和脂肪酸; 禽类; 免疫功能

Abstract: In this paper, the recent advances of dietary polyunsaturated fatty acid in immune function of poultry are presented. It included the effect of PUFA on the immune organ, humoral immune response,cellular immunity, and cytokines of poultry .In addition, the mechanisms by which PUFA might modulate immune functions are also elaborated .
