摘要: 由于畜禽水产养殖业的快速发展,优质饲料蛋白面临需求量快速增加、原料价格上涨和品质参差不齐等问题,寻找优质的替代蛋白成为解决问题的关键。棉籽蛋白作为一种优质蛋白在动物饲料中广泛使用,蛋白质含量可以达到40%以上,资源丰富且价格低廉,但其存在的抗营养因子限制了其在生产中的应用。随着棉籽蛋白生产工艺的不断发展,通过合理有效的科学技术手段去除棉籽蛋白的抗营养因子并进一步优化其营养组成,其营养价值和适口性不断提高。合理利用棉籽蛋白能在保证动物生长性能的同时可以大幅降低动物饲料成本,但关于棉籽蛋白在不同养殖动物和生长阶段的适宜添加量和添加形式,对动物吸收、代谢、生理功能的影响及作用机制研究尚未明确。作者阐述了棉籽蛋白的营养价值、生产工艺、替代饲料蛋白源的研究现状以及影响棉籽蛋白利用价值的因素,为棉籽蛋白的合理使用和进一步提高棉籽蛋白利用价值提供参考。
