山羊可溶型干细胞因子mRNA在不同毛色皮肤组织中的表达水平

Abstract

Abstract: To investigate the relationship between the expression level of soluble stem cell factor （SCF） and goat coat color. The expression level of soluble SCF in goat skins with black and white coat color was analyzed with QRT-PCR technique and statistics software. The relative expression level of soluble SCF in skin with black coat color was 0.27 times higher than that with white coat color normalization with GAPDH gene. It suggested that the expression level of SCF gene might not be related to coat color in goat.
