Abstract: In recent years, the function of these structural proteins of classical swine fever virus (CSFV) was extensivly expored, the CSFV encoded non-structural proteins had also been studied, and the results showed that these proteins played important roles in the replication, virulence and regulation of the host cell function, there were still many unknow points needed to be investigated. This paper reviewed research progress on the function of the non-structural proteins of CSFV, which might provide references for researchers.
