Main Risk Factor Analysis for Milk Quality and Safety Ⅶ.Somatic Cell Count &Total Bacterial Count

Abstract: In this somatic cell count (SCC) and number of total bacterial count (TBC) are an important indicator to measure udder health and milk quality. The comparesions of regulation limit of SCC and TBC between China and other developed countries were conducted, and further to analysis reasons for these differences. Analysis method and risk assessment of SCC and TBC were also reviewed.
