The Advance of Fuction on Milk Fat Globule Membrane Proteins

Abstract: Btn, XOR and MFG-E8 are three membrane proteins of milk fat globule
membrane(MFGM).Recent findings indicate that both Btn and XOR are indispensable for milk fat secretion.MFGE8 plays a critical role in eliminating apoptotic mammary epithelial cells during involution.
