猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒辽宁分离株ORF5基因的克隆与序列分析

Abstract

Abstract: The ORF5 cDNA encoding GP5 protein of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) stain Liaoning was amplified by RT-PCR. The cDNA fragment was further cloned and the complete sequences were determined. The results showed the cDNA of ORF5 was 603 bp, encoding 200 amino acids. Compared with the ORF5 gene of typical North American stain (VR2332 strain) and European strain (LV strain), it was found that there was 89.5% and 55.7% homology at amino acids level respectively. It indicated that the PRRSV strain Liaoning belongs to North American type.
