Salmonella can be made by means of mucosal immune (oral or nasal), easy operation and little irritation of the vaccination. In addition, Salmonella is an invasion of intracellular, effectively presenting antigens to stimulate anti-Salmonella and induce foreign protein specific humoral immune response and cellular immune response, and can also induce mucosal immunity and systemic immunity. As new vaccines to provide a reference, this review mechanism of Salmonella invasion, the immune mechanism and its application status in vaccine.
