Abstract: Using the Flow cytometry to detect CD3 ⁺, CD4 ⁺ and CD8 ⁺ T lymphocyte levels of the Gushi chicken to study the effect of Gushi chicken T lymphocyte subsets of adding different doses Saccharicterpenin. Results were as follows,the 500 and 700 mg/kg Saccharicterpenin groups were significant different from the other groups. This study indicated that certain dose Saccharicterpenin could promote immune organic development in Gushi chicken, and increase the level of T lymphocyte subsets.
