猪链球菌病的病原分离鉴定及防制措施研究

Abstract

Abstract: In order to prevent and treat swine streptococcosis, 9 strains of virulent Streptococcus were isolated from pathologic tissue of dead swine in Shenyang.The results indicated that one strain was S.porcinus and the others were S.equi subsp. zooepidemicus by bacterial isolation and identification. High-sensitive medicine against various strains were screened through medicine sensitivity test.Two strains were selected to prepare vaccine, the result indicated that the strains had well immunogenicity and could be used to prepare vaccine.
