Abstract: The introduction of Bama minipigs from Guangxi Bama Yao autonomous county for breeding, we observed the change of adaptability and the blood physiological and biochemistry indicators in the Northeast environment. After two years observation and inspection, we confirmed that the introduced Bama minipigs had good adaptability, normal reproductive performance, sexual maturity of 2 to 3 months of age, pregnancy period of 114 to 120 days, the number of piglets of 3 to 7 primiparous head, and the number of multiparity of 5 to 10 piglets head. The numbers of piglets were significantly related to the weights of sow (R2=0.96).The values of WBC, HGB, AST, Urea, Cr, CK, LDH, GLU, T-Ch, TG, CHS, Na, Cl, AMS and CO2CP of Liaoning minipigs were lower than the data of original pig farm (P<0.05), other values were not significantly different (P>0.05).The results provided a reference for the test of Bama minipigs in Liaoning area.
