宝石鲈无乳链球菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

Abstract

Abstract: In August 2013,two bacteria Py1 and Py2 from the lesions of infected Scortum barcoo in the two farms of Guangdong were founded. Scortum barcoo infection experiments showed these two isolated bacteria were highly virulent(LC₅₀ 7.42×10⁶and 1.72×10⁶ CFU/mL),and they were also highly infectious to Tilapia (LC₅₀ 3.39×10⁶and 8.66×10⁵ CFU/mL). After ATB biochemical identification and cfb gene sequence analysis,they were identified as Streptococcus agalactiae,and related drug sensitive test was also tested,which was to provide a reference for prevention of related diseases.
