Abstract: The Bacillus cereus spore had a strong resistance against the environment and physical and chemical factors. Appropriate conditions of temperature, moisture and nutrition could promote the spore germination and affect resistance of spore to conventional sterilization method. This research selected Bacillus cereus as the research object, made it spore form under the appropriate condition, and study the resistance of germinated spore under the conditions of high temperature、H2O2 and chlorine disinfectants. The results confirmed that appropriate conditions (37 ℃,humidity 40%, pH 7.4, 30 min) could effectively promote the Bacillus cereus spore germination. And the resistance of germinated spore decreased apparently under the conditions such as high temperature (80 ℃,2 h), H2O2 (1.5 mol/L,2 h) or chlorine disinfectants (available chlorine content was 800 mg/L,2 h). The relatively effective killing rates were 98.4%, 98.9% and 99.1%, respectively. And the effective kill rates were 88.3%, 88.7% and 88.9%, respectively. The results had important reference meanings to further research on sterilization conditions of Bacillus genus bacillus.
