细胞活力及细胞免疫力检测方法的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: With the promotion of the living standard life and the outbroke of malignant disease, including tumor, cancer, drug susceptibility, immunodeficient disease, viral infection etc, the test of detecting cytoactive and immunity were required rapidly, simply and accuratly. The article reviewed the method of detecting the level of sample,referring lymphocyte transformation, ELISA, cytotoxic T cell, IL-12 etc, though synthesizing the study of detecting cytoactive and immunity in the near past year.
