Abstract: In this study,we identified the metabolites of cyadox in vivo produced by chicken using ultra performance liquid chromatography/quadruple time of flight tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF MS).Besides,it had been viewed that proposed metabolic pathways of cyadox in vivo of chicken. Animals were administered a single of cyadox (800 mg/kg) by oral gavage. We used UPLC-Q-TOF MS to analyze chicken feces, collected before and after the experiment, which were simple pretreatment. A total of fifteen metabolites were identified after the collected data processed by the software of Metabolynxxs . This experimental results showed that cyadox occurred widely metabolism in vivo of chicken.
