Abstract: Pathological autopsy had been done in diseased Rhizomys sinensis, and bacteria were isolated and identified. Through a comprehensive analysis of the clinical symptoms, pathological changes and pathogenic bacteria isolation and identification, it was confirmed as Rhizomys sinensis Pseudomonas aeruginosa disease. Animal pathogenicity test showed that the isolate had strong pathogenicity. The result of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated P.aeruginosa was highly susceptible to ofloxacin, norfloxacin, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin, amikacin and azithromycin, but resistant to ceftazidime, cefoxitin, rifampin and amoxicillin.
