畜禽遗传资源保护方法的研究进展

Abstract

Abstract: Livestock and poultry genetic resource,which is the crucial part of biodiversity,is facing a severe test.The conservation work is no mere an extremely urgent task,but rather a necessarily persevering mission.Several main preservation methods and technologies,including in vivo preservation as well as technologies of cryopreservation,gene library,somatic cell cloning,molecular genetic markers.In particular,the induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs)technology developed in recent years are summarized in this paper to lay the foundation of further conservation.
