Abstract

Abstract: Phage display is the technology that allows expression of exogenous (poly) peptides on the surface of phage particles. In recent years, phage display technology has made a great progress in applications about animal viral diseases, and showed a clear advantage in some areas, such as screening viral epitope, antiviral peptides and vaccine design et al. This review focuse on introducing its theory and applications in viral diseases. And hope to make a guide to follow-up study.
