Abstract: One strain Aeromonas veronii from Liobagrus marginatus Günther,named LA201001,were isolated from tissues of diseased and dying Liobagrus marginatus Günther,and identified based on the bacterial culture,bacteria morphological observation,physiological and biochemistry reaction,sequencing and analysis of 16S rDNA,and animal infected tests. Then the drug susceptibility test using 30 kinds of drugs were performed with Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method. The results showed the isolates LA201001 had pathogenicity to mice and Liobagrus marginatus Günther,and exhibited multiple resistance to drugs tested,which were resistant to 21 kinds of drugs including Doxycycline,Tetracycline,Augmentin,Ampicilllin,ephalexin,Cephalothin,anamycin,etc.,only sensitive to Gentamicin,Amikacin,Norfloxacin,Ciprofloxacin and Ofloxacin.
