Canine Distemper Virus Naturally Infected Pet Dogs in Different Parts of the Detection Rate Analysis

Abstract: Use of RT-PCR detection methods of canine distemper virus (CDV) natural infection pet dogs different parts of samples for testing, determine the distribution of CDV in the tissues of infected dogs. 14 CDV positive dogs only to blood, eye secretions, nasal fluid, saliva, feces and urine testing, detected by RT-PCR positive rates were 92.9%, 85.7%, 100%, 85.7%, 100% and 66.7%, the results showed that the detection rate, the feces and nasal fluid samples was highest, was 100%, it is appropriate to the material as a detection object.
