Abstract: To establish a quality control standard of Hanlining oral liquid, thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to qualitatively identify Rhizoma coptidis,Cortex magnoliae offieinalis,Pericarpium citri reticulatae and Fructus psoraleae in preparation. The results showed that the characteristic components of Rhizoma coptidis,Cortex magnoliae offieinalis,Pericarpium citri reticulatae and Fructus psoraleae had same color spots on the same location according to the reference substance and the negative samples had no interference. The TLC identification was highly specific and stable with a good reproducibility, which was a qualitative method for the quality control of Hanlining oral liquid.
