Abstract: Toll-like receptor 4 is the transmembrane receptor of lipopolysaccharides(LPS),it mediates a variety of injury response induced by LPS. The experiments on chicken lymphocytes induced by LPS with 6,12,24,48 h,to show IL-1β,NF-κB levels,as in-depth study of intracellular TLR4-mediated LPS signaling basis. The results showed that LPS induced cells,IL-1β,NF-κB content increased, both reached the maximum at 24 h,and then began to decreased. The groups in 12,24 h were significantly higher than the control groups (P<0.05),the groups in 6,48 h groups were not significantly higher than the control groups(P>0.05).
