3株猪胸膜肺炎放线杆菌山东株的分离及鉴定

Abstract

Abstract: BZ1, BZ2 and BZ3 strains were obtained by collecting the lungs, trachea and tonsil of the ill pigs from a suspected infectious pleuropneumoniae pig farms in Binzhou, Shandong province. After gram stain examination, observation of colonies, of pilot training, biochemical experiments, the drug susceptibility testing, animal experiments and series of bacteriological infection identification methods, three isolates were identified as pig-infectious pleuropneumonia line bacilli.
