Abstract: To study the traditional Chinese medicine effects on the biochemical parameters of serum and immunologic organ of broilers and research its influence on the some intermediary metabolism and immunologic function, 120 AA broilers(1-day-old) were randomly divided into 3 groups, groupⅠ(control), groupⅡ(each was fed clinic preventive dose i.e. 0.1 g/d of complex of traditional Chinese medicine)and group Ⅲ(each was fed 0.3 g/d).After 30th days, the immunologic organal index and biochemical parameters of serum(TP,GLB and ALB) were determined. As the result, TP of group Ⅲ were markedly more than group ⅠandⅡ, but among the groups, the GLB and ALB had no differences. During the experiment, the absolute weigh and index of groupⅡ and Ⅲ organs had some improvments. The results showed that the traditional Chinese medicine played a significant role in the immunologic function of broilers. 
