Abstract: Chickens were artificially infected with 5×104 Eimeria acervlina egg sac using routine pathological methods,to observe the change of chicken,which were in the 7 days later catch the egg sac.That was to observe the change of the chicken in a hole physiology cycle of Eimeria acervulina.The change by eyes was that the small intestine hyperemia,intestine cliff thinning,and pale,the content contained serofluid.Pathologic histology change was that small intestine anterior segment mucous layer abscission,pile cellula epithelialis apomorphosis,necrosis,ablate. There were many different period Eineria acervulina in different period cells.
