Abstract

Abstract: As a new kind of nutritional feed additive, guanidine acetic acid plays an important role in improving the performance of animal production, meat quality and the energy metabolism. The article reviews recent metabolizes and applications of guanidine acetic acid in animal production, in order to laying the foundation for the further research of guanidine acetic acid.
