PCR Identification of True and False of Rana Chensinensis

Abstract: In this study, one pairs of primers was designed and synthesized according to the sequence of Mammalia SRY nucleic acid and bird EcoR I published on GenBank, to amplify the true or false of Rana Chensinensis by the PCR technique. As a result, the amplified products of the four species had apparent difference. The four species named Rana Chensinensis, Rana amureansis, Rana nigromaculata and Buffo bufo gargarizans amplified four different characteristic spectrum bands separately 1000,250,450 and 750 bp,and to test the sequence by colon about characteristic spectrum band. To take BLAST analysis about Rana Chensinensis’s characteristic spectrum band(1000 bp), and discovered relative gene fragment on WZ chromosome of some birds.
