A Method for Detection of Pathogenic Fungi by PCR

Abstract: Trichophyton mentagrophytes genomic DNA was made as a template, using fungal general primers (ITS1, ITS4) PCR amplification of rDNA on the ITS segment to gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the cultivation of clinical samples had the same PCR polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis as corresponding strains. This experiment established an accurate, sensitive, relative specific and micro-volume method for determination of pathogenic fungi in molecular biology.
