Advances on Heterologous Expression of Bacteriocins

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract：Bacteriocin has potential for use as antibiotic substitute and novel green veterinary drugs.However,there was little bacteriocin which has been obtained through growth of natural producer strain and it was also difficult to purify them.With the purpose of achieving increasing yield, heterogenous expression of bacteriocin has been widely studied in recent years.This review focuses on the the development of heterologous expression systems and stratages for bacteriocin production.
