Isolation and Identification on Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus of BJ0903 Strain

Abstract:
Abstract: A strain of virus was isolated from the kidney and lung tissue of dead chicken which had similar symptoms to nephropathogentic avian infectious bronchitis on a big farm of Beijing．Contiguous passage of SPF chicken embryos，hemagglutination test，dwarfing embryonated chicken eggs，inhibition with NDV test，PCR identification and chicken recurrent infection suggested that the virus was avian infectious bronchitis．And it was named BJ0903 strain．
